Cancellation Policy

We appreciate 24-48 hours notice from you if you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment or surgery.

We call or email clients with reminders and we appreciate a call or email from you if you are unable to keep your appointment.

This allows us to be able to offer those spots to another client who may have a sick pet that needs to be seen.

We do understand that life happens and people have emergencies, but we keep track of those who cancel without enough notice or simply do not show up.


As of Oct 4, 2021, there will be a 25.00 fee for any client who does not show up for their scheduled appointments or surgery without proper notification. Those who have missed at least 2 times will need to pre pay in order to book again. This will be non refundable if that one is missed without notice. If repeated you will jeopardize your active client status with our hospital.
